Crab Cakes 

1# crab meat, drained 
1 cup fresh bread crumbs 
1 beaten egg 
1 tsp Old Bay 
1 T Worcestershire sauce 
2 tsp prepared yellow mustard 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/4 tsp black pepper 
1/8 - 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper 

Mix together bread crumbs and crab meat.  Mix remaining ingredients together and fold into crab meat mixture. 

Shape into patties and saute in butter until golden brown.
