BULGUR PILAF 2 Tbsp butter 1 cup Bulgur Wheat 2 cups chicken broth or bouillon 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped 0 tsp. salt few grains pepper 1/2 cup frozen peas Melt butter in skillet; add Bulgur Wheat and onion. Stir and cook until golden. Add broth, peas, and seasonings. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Serve with chicken, lamb, pork or other meat. Yield: 4 servings.
