Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews Ingredients 3/4 pound fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces 2 2/3 tablespoons butter 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons chopped salted cashews Directions Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Mix in the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil, then keep warm on low. Steam the broccoli until just tender and crisp. Arrange broccoli on a serving platter.
