Chipotle Lime Butter

1/2 c softened butter
1/4 medium sized lime 
2 T minced onion, garlic or shallots
1T canned minced chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, drained

beat togethet all ingredients with an electric mixer unil well incorporated.

roll into 1 1/2 " log with wax paper and freeze until solid
