Grandma's Rhubarb Cake 1 beaten egg 1 Cup sugar 1 cup sour cream (can use vanilla yogurt) 1tsp baking soda 2 cups rhubarb chopped - (3 stalks) 1 1/2 Cups flour mix and pour in a greased 9 x 12 pan 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 cup brown sugar 1tsp cinnamon mix and spread on top of batter bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
