Pastry Crisps 1 T sesame seeds 1 T Sugar 1/2 t ground morita or chipotle chili leftover dough from pie-making. Preheat oven to 425. Roll dough 1/8" thin or thinner on an ungreased cookie sheet. Mix sugar and ground chili. Sprinkle dough evenly, first with sesame seeds and then with sugar mixture. Roll again to embed toppings in dough. Cut dough into finger sized (1x4) strips with a table knife before or immediately after bakeing. Bake 10 minutes. Alternate toppings: 1 T sugar 1 t cinnamon 1 t Mesquite meal
